Here we are at the beginning of November already! This year,  let’s make the season more enjoyable by trying to stop all of the stress that always seems to come with the Holiday’s. Here are a few suggestions to help plan make it a more enjoyable and happy time getting ready for the Holiday Season:One- Making a list and checking it twice. This is the key to keeping things organized and getting things accomplished. How can you possibly remember everything that needs to be done? And isn’t it a great feeling when you can cross things off your list?Two-  Preparing for overnight guests.Keep it simple. Freshen the bed linens, make a small space in the closet, (with hangers) and if possible, have a bench in the room for guests to lay their suitcase. And a nightlight to the bathroom is a must!Three- Get your table ready:Ask yourself- are you going to use a tablecloth or placemats? Linen napkins? Now is the time to play with making beautiful place settings:Decide which dinnerware, silverware, serving dishes and glassware that will be used on the big day. Be sure to take a photo so you will have a reference.Four- Plan your menu. Now is not the time to experiment with fancy new recipes. Stick with your best, tried and tested recipes.Five- Check your gift wrapping supplies.Do you have enough gift wrap? Tape? Gift tags? Bows? Boxes? Ribbon? Tissue Paper? More Tape?Six- Wrap gifts as you buy this year instead of waiting and rushing the week before Christmas. If you do not have tags yet, just mark them with post it notes for now.Seven- Write out your gift list before you go shopping. Instead of wandering around aimlessly in stores, it helps to know what you are looking for before you go. An idea of your budget is a good idea also.  You can download this printable ’Holiday Gift Tracking’ guide here.Eight- Having a Holiday party?Do not hesitate to ask guests for help! Most everyone will be happy to help and bring something. And that includes help with bringing liquor and helping serve the other guests with drinks. Being bartender is fun!Nine- Make a welcoming entrance. It does not have to be complicated- a pretty wreath and a colorful mat will welcome guests and you!Ten- Plan, Plan, Plan.Print yourself a calendar online here. Write what needs done and when you would like to have completed. It guarantees success with your to- do list!Bonus: Don’t forget to Focus on what’s most important!photo one, photo two, photo three, photo four, photo five, photo six, photo seven, photo eight, photo nine, photo ten,
